request: Main editor GUI

OK, so, GUI not my thing ties me up in knots every time I try to do anything more than basic game GUI stuff.

Anyway, almost every app on the planet has docking or locked GUI, but not torque, which I honestly find frustrating since I am constantly changing my window size depending on what I'm doing.

So here's a request, can some GUI guru figure out how to make the editor UI either proper dockable or work inside docked containers.
