Is this script from a Torque Engine game based ?

Hello, I just attached two scripts that I belive it's from a Torque Engine game based... but I'm not sure about it.

If there is some Torque Script PRO who can help me to confirm I would be very grateful.

And also, the first 4 bytes (version of the script) is "1". Did Torque Engine had this version before ?

Open the files with a text editor and you can see it referring to .cs script files and the folder structure is also similar to Torque, so I would say yes.
