Eric Matyas
Hi everyone,I've been receiving an increasing number of emails asking if I do custom tracks. The answer is yes...and at very low cost...(people are usually surprised when they find out how affordable it is.) One of my goals with this project is to make good-sounding music available to anyone who needs it, so if you need some custom tracks created, feel free to email me...(my email address is at the bottom of my homepage.) In the meantime, here are this week's new free tracks:"Deep Space"_Loopinghttp://soundimage.org/naturescience-2/"Post Op"_Looping"The Streets"_Looping"Going Different Ways"_Looping"Packing"_Looping"Alone Again"_Loopinghttp://soundimage.org/drama/"Confusion and Clarity"_Loopinghttp://soundimage.org/drama-2/I hope they are helpful! :-)Eric
JeffR
Thank you for your continued hard work and contributions!Good to hear you strive to keep the rates reasonable. Music's definitely one of those things where it's hard to have a gut estimate on how much custom work is(because music is hard!).

Eric Matyas
If anyone happens to feel the need to decompress from the stress of modern life (like me) I've created a little video called "The Meditative Coast" that should hopefully help a little bit. It's on my new "Virtual Cinema" page...give it a try. :-)In the meantime, I've got more free looping tracks ready on my fantasy pages. JeffR
Very cool stuff, as always.Speaking of game music, I'd always been fascinated with games that use persistent themes throughout, leitmotifs, if I remember the name right. I'd enjoyed bits of it when it showed up, but a game that seriously rocked the concept into the stratosphere was Undertale. Did you ever play it, or hit up the OST? The use of leitmotifs to tie themes together even before you run into characters or associated characters with areas is pretty incredible when you go back and look at it afterwards. Was just curious if you'd ever experimented with that sort of thing before. It's such a deep and fascinating concept to me.

"World's Dawn" is a good example...it's on Steam if you're interested. :D Was busy shooting a new film this past week, but I did manage to get some new tracks done for everyone. Eric Matyas
Hi everyone,It's a little hard to believe, but Soundimage turned 3 years old this month, so I wanted to send out a big thank you to everyone who has been so positive and encouraging from the start. Creating original music is a lot of work, but it's thrilling to hear my tracks in your games, apps, videos and emerging art forms like interactive novels.
