I see a FPS player and I want to know how to remove it and put my low poly character in there instead?

And does it need an animation?

I downloaded it and upziped the file onto my desktop? But I don't see anything like what am I suppose to click to actually open it up?

Is this like Unity where you click on an icon?

Because I dont see anything.
